Common questions
What happens after the trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you have not chosen a plan when it ends, your workspace becomes read-only — nothing is deleted, and picking a plan restores full access immediately.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Billing settings. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period, and you can export your records at any point.
Is my data safe?
Your records are isolated per organisation with database-level row security, stored in the UK/EU, protected by append-only audit logs, and never used for anything except providing the service.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, and invoices are issued through Stripe.
