Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 June 2026

TenancyOS uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always set because the product cannot work without them. Analytics cookies are set only after you opt in through the consent prompt.

1. Strictly necessary cookies

These keep you signed in and remember your consent decision:

  • Supabase authentication cookies (sb-*) — maintain your signed-in session; expire with the session or refresh window;
  • rr_analytics_consent — records whether you granted or denied analytics consent; retained for 12 months;
  • rr_demo_user — used only in demo environments without live authentication; expires after 7 days.

2. Analytics cookies (opt-in)

If you grant consent, PostHog sets cookies to measure how the product is used (pages visited and activation events such as creating a property or generating an evidence pack). Identifiers are hashed and events never include tenant names, landlord names, addresses, emails, document names, or case content. Analytics data is hosted in the EU.

You can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie controls in the product footer or by clearing the rr_analytics_consent cookie, after which no further analytics events are sent.

3. Payment pages

Checkout and billing management happen on pages hosted by Stripe, which sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. See Stripe's cookie policy for details.

4. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

Help improve onboarding, evidence packs, and billing flows. Tenant and property details are never sent.
